Guests to this Texas Hill Country bed and breakfast cottage always seem to enjoy sitting outside on our lovely porch complete with antique wicker furniture. You can enjoy walking around the property or sitting, watching the hummingbirds, butterflies, and birds that inhabit the area. We welcome children of any age.

Rates:
  • $100.00 per night weekends
    Sun - Thurs $90.00
  • One Night Stays accepted.
  • Two-night minimum stay requirement on all Event or Holiday weekends.
 Cancellations:

Full refund if cancellation made at least three days before arrival. Cancellations made less than three days will be charged the full amount unless we can rebook the room.
Check In:
          You may check in any time after 3 pm.

Check Out:
          Check out time is 12:00 noon.

  • No Pets.
  • Smoking only outside please.
